If your interested in hosting a Halloween party this may be fun for you! If your not yet a member of House Party, you can learn about it here. After you've signed up, simply apply to host a party! It will ask you some pretty basic questions to make sure you qualify. They send you coupons, favors, and hosting goodies as incentive!
