New Meijer Coupon Policy Released!!

Happy Monday everyone! The coupon blogging world is all abuzz this morning as word travels about Meijer's new coupon policy (read: they've figured out how we get these stellar deals and have to contol it a bit!).

Personally my feelings about the new coupon policy are the same as every other store coupon policy: it is vague and unclear on most aspects but 1-- NO MORE STACKING MPERKS AND PAPER COUPONS. They, however, fail to mention Meijer Mealbox coupons entirely so one is left to ponder the ability to stack Mealbox and manufacturer coupons. I have a feeling this will vary from store to store.

So, my advice to all you avid Meijer shoppers is to carefully read the new policy, print out a copy and have it on hand for clarification when needed. Meijer did give the coupon customer one giant win in the new policy: they will now accept competitor's coupons. For us in Fort Wayne, I'm guessing that means mostly Target and occasionally Kroger and Walgreens.
